This policy explains what information Jackson Reed Studio collects when you use this website or book a session, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Details you send through the booking form or by email: your name, email, phone number, session details and any notes.
• Basic, anonymous usage data from our hosting provider, such as pages visited.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request, plan and deliver your session, and send your gallery and invoices. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

Your photographs

Galleries are private by default. We only share images from your session in our portfolio or social channels with your permission.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for as long as needed for accounting, usually seven years. Galleries are stored for two years after delivery.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing studio@example.com.
