The short version of how bookings work.
Booking and deposits
A date is held once the session plan is agreed and a 30% deposit is paid. The balance is due one week before the session, or on the day for portrait sessions.
Rescheduling
Portrait and family sessions can be moved once for free with 48 hours’ notice, or anytime because of weather. Event and wedding dates can be moved subject to availability.
Delivery
Galleries are delivered online: portraits and families in five to seven business days, events in ten days, weddings in four weeks.
Image use
You receive a personal license to print and share your images. Commercial use is included for event and brand sessions. Jackson Reed Studio keeps the copyright and may show images in its portfolio with your permission.
